Thank you for shopping with Baumann Jewellers. We aim to dispatch your order as quickly and securely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. During busy periods, promotions or holiday seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

If there is any unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.


Delivery

We offer delivery throughout Ireland and to selected international destinations.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Typical delivery times are:

  • Republic of Ireland: 1–3 working days
  • Northern Ireland: 2–5 working days
  • United Kingdom: 3–7 working days (subject to customs procedures where applicable)
  • International: Delivery times vary depending on destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping promotions or free delivery offers will be clearly displayed on our website.


Tracking Your Order

Where available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Signature on Delivery

For security reasons, higher-value jewellery orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept your parcel where required.


Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.

Baumann Jewellers cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@baumannjewellers.com and we will investigate with our delivery partner.

While we will do everything possible to assist, Baumann Jewellers cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays.
  • Severe weather.
  • Customs clearance.
  • Industrial action.
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify the courier where possible and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If your item has been damaged during transit, please email info@baumannjewellers.com with your order number and photographs of both the packaging and the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


International Orders

Customers ordering from outside Ireland are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply in their destination country.

These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
